Sev-Gaathia Nu Saag
[Fried Spice Crispy ]
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Sev or Gathia
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- A Pinch of Asafoetida
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Corriander Powder
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- A few Corriander Leaves
Cooking Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, add all Masala, stir well in slow
- Add sugar & salt, stir to dissolve, add Sev, mix well, garnish with chopped
Coriander Leaves.
