Sev-Gaathia Nu Saag
[Fried Spice Crispy ]

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Sev or Gathia
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • A Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Corriander Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • A few Corriander Leaves

Cooking Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, add all Masala, stir well in slow
  2. Add sugar & salt, stir to dissolve, add Sev, mix well, garnish with chopped
    Coriander Leaves.
